The work behind the walls, to code.
A lot of a remodel or build is the work nobody sees but everybody relies on. Gas lines for a new range, a fireplace, a water heater, or an outdoor kitchen, all sized and run to code. Boiler and hydronic heat for the Colorado winters. Backflow prevention to keep the water supply safe. We handle it and we pull the permits.
Permits and inspections are not red tape to dodge, they are how you know the work is right and how it stays legal when you sell. We do code-compliant work, schedule the inspections, and see them through, so the project is buttoned up the right way.

Basements & additions
Basements, additions, and ADUs.
An unfinished basement is the most common untapped space in a Front Range home, and the plumbing is what makes it livable: a full bath, a wet bar, a second laundry, or a complete in-law suite. As a master plumber and licensed GC, Wes can rough in the lines, set the fixtures, and build out the space, all under one roof, instead of you chasing down a separate plumber, framer, and finisher and hoping they line up.

Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes. Permits, code-compliant work, and inspections are part of the job. We handle that so you do not have to.
Do you do new construction plumbing?
Yes, from single-family homes and additions to commercial spaces. We handle the full rough-in through final fixtures.
Can you install or move gas lines for my remodel?
Yes. Gas line installation and relocation for ranges, water heaters, fireplaces, and outdoor lines, all done to code.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on scope, but a typical bathroom is a couple of weeks once it is underway, and a kitchen runs longer. Because one pro owns the plumbing and the build, the schedule stays tighter than juggling separate trades.
Do you work with my designer or builder?
Yes. We can be the plumber on someone else project, or run the whole thing as the GC. Either way we read the plans, flag anything that will not work, and execute a clean rough-in.
Can you move plumbing for an open-concept remodel?
Yes. Relocating sinks, islands, and bathrooms is common in a remodel. We re-route the supply and drain lines, keep it to code, and handle the framing and patch-back as a GC.
