Fixtures and Appliances

The stuff you touch every day.

Toilets, faucets, disposals, sump pumps, showers and tubs, water treatment, and appliance hookups, installed clean and built to last.

The little stuff adds up

No job too small.

A lot of plumbers will not bother with a single running toilet or a dripping faucet. Wes will. The everyday fixtures are the ones you actually touch, and a slow drip or a disposal that just hums wastes water and patience day after day. We fix the small stuff right, the same way we handle the big jobs.

And when you are upgrading, a fixture is only as good as the install behind it. We set new toilets, faucets, disposals, and shower valves so they seal clean and last, instead of leaking behind the cabinet six months later. A bargain faucet set badly will cost you more in water and aggravation than a good one set right, and we would rather do it once.

Everyday fixtures

Fixed right, not just tightened.

A running toilet, a dripping faucet, or a garbage disposal that just hums adds up, on your water bill and your patience. We repair and replace the everyday fixtures, and when you are upgrading, we set the new ones in clean so they seal right and last.

Toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, showers and tubs, hose bibs, and fixture upgrades throughout the house. Small jobs done with the same care as the big ones.

Water treatment & appliances

Softer water, cleaner hookups.

Colorado hard water is rough on everything it touches: fixtures, water heaters, and your skin. A water softener or filtration system protects the whole house and makes the water actually pleasant to use. We size and install them so they do the job without wasting water or salt.

We also handle the plumbing for appliances and the wet rooms around them: sump pumps that keep basements dry, dishwasher and ice-maker lines, and laundry-room hookups. Done right so they do not leak behind the cabinet six months later.

Outdoor & seasonal

Hose bibs, and getting ready for winter.

Outdoor plumbing takes a beating in Colorado. A hose bib that drips or will not shut off, an outdoor line that froze and split last winter, or a sprinkler backflow that needs attention are all things we handle. We swap in frost-free hose bibs that stand up to the freeze and thaw out here.

Heading into winter, it pays to have someone make sure the vulnerable lines are protected: exterior runs, crawlspace pipe, and that outdoor faucet on the north wall. A little prep in the fall beats a burst pipe and a flooded room in January.

Upgrades worth doing

Upgrades that make a daily difference.

Sometimes it is not about a repair, it is about making the house work better. A comfort-height toilet, a pressure-balanced shower valve that holds temperature when someone flushes, a pull-down kitchen faucet, or a pot filler over the range. Small upgrades, but you feel them every single day, and they are worth doing right.

We install the fixtures you have your heart set on, or help you pick quality ones that will not be leaking in a year. Everything goes in clean, sealed, and to code, with the shutoffs and supply lines updated while we are in there so the next repair is easy.

For older homes, swapping aging angle stops and supply lines at the same time is the smart move: cheap insurance that keeps a simple fixture swap from turning into a flooded vanity down the road. While we are under there, we will flag anything else that is on its way out, so you can decide on your own terms instead of after it fails.

Straight answers

Questions we get a lot.

Do you handle small jobs like a single faucet?

Absolutely. No job is too small. A faucet, a toilet, a disposal, we do them with the same care as a full remodel.

Is a water softener worth it in Colorado?

For most Front Range homes, yes. Hard water shortens the life of fixtures and water heaters and leaves spots and scale. A softener protects the whole house.

My sump pump runs constantly or not at all. Can you help?

Yes. We repair and replace sump pumps and make sure they are sized and set up to keep your basement dry through spring melt and summer storms.

Can you hook up my new dishwasher or ice maker?

Yes. We run and connect dishwasher, ice-maker, and laundry lines so they are leak-free behind the cabinet.

Do you install fixtures I bought myself?

In most cases, yes. Bring your own fixtures and we will install them right, or we can supply quality ones for you.

My outdoor faucet froze and broke. Can you replace it?

Yes. We swap it for a frost-free hose bib that handles Colorado winters, and we check the line behind it for damage from the freeze so you are not back at it next year.

Can you winterize my plumbing before it gets cold?

Yes. We protect the vulnerable lines, exterior runs, crawlspace pipe, and outdoor faucets, and point out anything that needs insulation. A fall check is a lot cheaper than a burst pipe in January.

My toilet runs constantly. Is that worth fixing?

Definitely. A running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons a day and quietly run up your bill. It is usually a quick, affordable fix, a flapper, fill valve, or a new set of guts, and we will sort it fast.
