Reach Wes
Here is what happens after you call, so there are no surprises. Wes answers or calls you back, and you talk to the person who will actually be doing the work, not a dispatcher reading from a script. He asks enough questions to know whether this is a today problem or a this-week problem, and he says which one it is even when the answer costs him a same-day trip. If it is urgent he tells you what to shut off in the meantime. That one instruction has saved more drywall than anything else we do over the phone.
On the visit itself, he looks at the actual job before quoting anything. Nobody gives a real number for a leak they have not seen, and a price quoted sight unseen is a price that changes once the wall is open. He finds the cause, explains what he found in plain terms, and gives you a straight quote before a wrench turns. If the honest answer is that the repair is not worth it, or that you can wait six months, you will hear that too. And because he holds a general contractor license alongside the master plumber license, the wall and tile that came out to reach the pipe go back with him. You are not left holding a phone number for a drywall guy.

What happens after you call.
You get Wes or you get a call back from Wes, not a call center reading from a script. Tell him what the house is doing. He will ask a few questions to narrow it down, tell you whether it needs somebody today or whether it can wait until a scheduled visit, and if there is something simple you can do in the meantime, like shutting a valve or killing power to the water heater, he will walk you through it on the phone. Then you get a time window and a straight quote for the work once he has enough to give you a real number.
What to have ready when you call.
You do not need to diagnose anything. Four things speed it up considerably. First, where the problem is: which fixture, which floor, inside or outside. Second, when it started and whether it is getting worse. Third, roughly how old the house is and whether anything was recently worked on. Fourth, whether you know where your main shutoff is. If you can send a photo of the equipment or the leak through the form, that helps too. On a water heater, the label on the side with the model and capacity tells us most of what we need.
Emergency or can it wait?
Call right now if water is actively running where it should not be, if a pipe has burst or frozen solid, if sewage is backing up into the house, if you smell gas, or if you have no water at all. Those get worse by the minute and the damage bill climbs with them. Things that can usually be scheduled: a slow drain, a dripping faucet, a running toilet, low pressure at one fixture, a water heater that is still producing hot water but making noise. That said, several of those are early warnings, and it is cheaper to catch them on a scheduled visit than after they fail.
Where we go.
Home base is Littleton and we cover roughly a hundred miles out from there: the whole Denver metro, up and down the Front Range, and the mountain towns off I-70. That includes Denver, Lakewood, Centennial, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs, plus the Adams County and Jefferson County suburbs. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. We will tell you straight, and if you are outside it we will try to point you at somebody good. The full map is on our service areas page.
Scheduled work, and why it is worth booking early.
Two seasons book up fast around here. Late fall, when everybody remembers their hose bibs and their water heater at the same time, and the first hard freeze, when the phone does not stop. If you already know something needs doing, a heater that is past its years, a drain that clogs every couple of months, a bathroom you plan to redo in the spring, get on the calendar before the rush rather than during it. Scheduled work also gets you a real conversation about options instead of a fast decision made standing in two inches of water.
Remodels work differently from service calls. On a remodel or new build Wes will want to walk the space, see what is behind the existing walls if we can, and talk through the layout before quoting, because moving a drain three feet is a different job than moving it thirty. Because he holds both a master plumber and a general contractor license, that conversation covers the whole scope, not just the pipe, and you are not left coordinating two trades who have never met.
Prefer to see the work first?
Fair enough. The work gallery shows real rough-ins, water heater installs, and gas line work from around the Front Range, and the reviews page has what actual customers said. When you are ready, the form on this page reaches Wes directly, and so does (303) 883-9075 at any hour.
Ahead of the call
Before you pick up the phone.
Do you really answer 24/7?
We do. Plumbing emergencies do not keep business hours, so neither do we. A burst or frozen pipe, a backed-up sewer, or no hot water in the dead of a Colorado winter, call any time. If Wes is under a house and cannot pick up right that second, leave a message with your address and what is happening and you will hear back quickly.
What counts as a real emergency?
Water running where it should not be and you cannot stop it. A pipe that has burst or frozen. Sewage coming up a floor drain or a tub. The smell of gas. No water in the house at all. Those get worse by the minute and the repair bill grows with the damage. Anything else, a drip, a slow drain, a running toilet, can usually wait for a scheduled visit.
Should I shut the water off before you get there?
If water is actively coming out, yes. Most homes have a main shutoff where the line enters, often in the basement, a crawlspace, or a utility closet, and individual fixtures usually have their own stops under the sink or behind the toilet. If a water heater is leaking, shut its cold inlet valve and cut the gas or the breaker to it. If you cannot find the valve, call and we will talk you to it.
How fast can you come out?
For emergencies we move as fast as we can, often same day. Distance matters some, since we cover about a hundred miles out from Littleton and a run to a mountain town takes longer than a run across the metro. For planned work we set a time that fits your schedule and show up in it. If something changes on our end you get a phone call, not silence.
How do you price a job?
Straight and up front. Wes looks at the work, talks it through in plain English, and gives you an honest number before anything starts. No mystery line items, no discount that expires if you do not sign today. If we open something up and find a genuine surprise behind it, work stops and you get told what changed before we keep going.
Do you give quotes over the phone?
For simple, well defined jobs we can often give you a solid range on the phone. For bigger work we look first, because a number given sight unseen is a guess and guesses turn into arguments later. Looking at it costs you a conversation, and you get a straight quote you can actually rely on.
What information helps Wes help you fastest?
Where the problem is and which fixture, when it started, whether it is getting worse, roughly how old the house is, and whether anything was recently worked on. If you can text or upload a photo of the leak or the equipment label, even better. On a water heater, the model and capacity from the sticker on the side answers half our questions before we drive out.
Can I text or email instead of calling?
Yes. The form on this page comes straight to Wes, and you can reach us at wpsrllc@gmail.com for anything that is not urgent. For anything actively leaking or gas related, call (303) 883-9075 instead. A form sitting in an inbox does not help you at eleven at night, and a voice on the phone does.
Plumbing trouble?
Do not wait for it to get worse. Call Wes any time, day or night.
